2007 Dad Potstickers
My dad came out to San Francisco this July to spend some time with my
grandmother and my aunt. One of the things we did was make potstickers.
Holly doesn't eat pork, and one of the things we miss eating is good
Chinese dumplings, so this is our attempt to try to make a seafood based
variant.

The first finished set of 36 potstickers, before cooking. |

Half the potstickers were boiled. |

The other half were fried (fried was tastier). |
