Holly and I met Andrea
through working at Tellme, where she was our graphic designer. We liked
her from the start, and we really miss her now that she has moved to
Belgium to follow her wonderful girlfriend Eva. You can read
their on-line journal
to learn more about them. It's disgustingly cute.
She stopped by the Bay Area real briefly this June and we met up at a
restaurant called Thai Stick (not the drug!) on Fillmore. Also there were
Bobbie (Andrea's ex-girlfriend whom we met long ago), her girlfriend Erin,
Colleen and Janet and Maddy, and a couple we hadn't met before, Jenn and
Stephanie, whose daughter Alexandra ("but you can call me Alex,
because that's my nickname") is the most precocious and well-adjusted
seven-year-old I've met in some time.
